Hey! Guess what, Braelyn's not a baby any more, Ashlyn's not 4 years old any more, Lori and I have been married for 13 years now, and Life is moving on!
I thought this week about this blog and I seriously thought I had deleted it and was a little worried that I did. So, this morning I thought I'd find it. What a rush! Reading some of the posts brought back many memories, but a sadness as well that I haven't chronicled Braelyn's life as much as Ashlyns, I will have to get that fixed.

Happy Anniversary!
Nine years ago Lori and I were married, we have two of the most wonderful girls, Neither Lori or I can believe we've been together for 12 years, or all of the things we've been through together, but God has been good to keep us together, and we're still in love.

Quick update
Well, Ashlyn is Four years old now, finishing up her first year of Pre-School. She’s getting a little bored with it now, but she’ll have the summer off and start again in the fall. She’s doing great, growing up fast, thanks to Hannah Montana, and Zack and Cody. But, she’s doing very well, I miss her everyday that I’m at work. Thankfully I get to be at home with her every night. Last night she asked me to put Braelyn to bed so she could have “Mommy Time”, then she said, when I’m done with mommy, I want to snuggle Daddy. That worked for me!
Braelyn on the other is doing well, but for the last two days she has been hoarse. She seems fine, no fever, no excessive crying, no restlessness, but she sounds so pitiful when she cries, and coos. She went to the Dr. a few weeks ago and had to have some shots, but she is a little under weight but right on schedule with her length. If her voice is no better by tomorrow we’ll make a trip to the doctor again just to be sure she’s not getting sick.
Right now we feel confident that it is allergies but we don’t want her to be in any pain, so we’re watching very closely.

Happy Birthday!
Happy Birthday to my sweet Baby Doll. Ashlyn is 4 years old today. At this moment in time four years ago Lori and I were in the labor room, I believe she had just received the epidural. At 6:35 tonight Ashlyn will be ushered in to her 4th year with prayer with her mommy and Daddy.
We made it a point to pray with her at the exact moment she was born every year. So far we’ve done pretty good. She is amazing, she can light up a room, and can bring a smile to even the hardest heart.

update
Good Morning! Lori is doing well. She does have to a blood transfusion though. Ashlyn is at the dr. with a full body rash. Haven't seen Braelyn yet. Please pray for my girls.

UPDATE: Ashlyn has strep, so she can't see us until tomorrow. She got a shot and Rx.
